How does the online shop system work?

How do I receive updates?
We will notify you by e-mail about product updates. You can verify here if you own the latest version. If you did not receive our update e-mail make sure that your spam filter did not delete it.

I've lost my software. How can I download it again?
Simply log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center and you will be able to view all past orders, download-links and serial-numbers. They can also help you track orders etc.
 
Will there be MAC versions?
All licenses are cross platform. You buy a license once and can use the product on both platforms: MAC and PC.
All MAC version are available as universal binary for Intel MACs and Power PC. They support audio unit (AU) and VST 2.4. The Mac versions are usually released some weeks after the PC version.

What are the demo limitations?
All demos stop producing sound after 10 minutes. Some demos have additional limitations which are explained in the manual.

Simply log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center and you will be able to view all past orders. There you can change your e-mail address.

Do I have to pay for updates?
You don't have to pay anything for minor updates (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1). They are free and are sent out automatically by email when they are available.
